Chip Neville is a new media artist working in animation, music, video, installation, and performance. His work emphasizes environmental issues and covers other issues ranging from personal relations, to politics and the global community.

He has worked for over 20 years as a graphic designer and extensively as an illustrator with more than twenty internationally published children’s books. He has most recently been a college instructor specializing in animation, visual culture, film production, and new media for the University of Tampa, the International Academy of Design (Tampa) and the Art Institute of Tampa.

Chip has written and performed music with the Tampa Bay Composer’s forum, performed as a guitarist and singer in musical ensembles, and toured with the Florida Orchestra.

As an artist he has exhibited work at film festivals and galleries across the country showing experimental video, photography, animation, and video installation combined with performance.
